<p>A two-year-old boy who died from &#8220;non-accidental injuries&#8221; has been named by police as detectives continue to question his mother on suspicion of his murder.</p>
<p>Keanu Williams, known as Kiwi to friends and family, was pronounced dead in hospital on Sunday night.</p>
<p>West Midlands Police said he was taken to hospital from an address in Old Moat Way in the Ward End area of Birmingham at 7.42pm.</p>
<p>His 22-year-old mother and her 29-year-old partner were arrested on suspicion of murder at the time of the incident and remain in police custody.</p>
<p>A police spokeswoman said: &#8220;A forensic post-mortem held on Tuesday indicated that the child died from non-accidental injuries. The 29-year-old man and a 22-year-old woman who were arrested on suspicion of murder on Sunday remain in custody.</p>
<p>&#8220;All of the family have been informed and a family liaison officer has been appointed to support them during this difficult time.&#8221;</p>
