<p>Simon Pegg is having a &#8220;hoot&#8221; working with Tom Cruise on Mission Impossible: Ghost Protocol.</p>
<p>The fourth instalment in the action thriller franchise has been filming in locations around the world including Dubai, Vancouver and Prague and Simon is reprising his role as geeky scientist Benji Dunn.</p>
<p>He revealed at the premiere of new comedy Paul this week: &#8220;It&#8217;s pretty good. I&#8217;m having a great time. I go back on Friday to finish up and I&#8217;m really enjoying working with Mr Cruise and the gang &#8211; it&#8217;s a hoot.&#8221;</p>
<p>The film is to be directed by hit animator Brad Bird of The Incredibles and the award-winning Ratatouille.</p>
<p>The plot is being kept under wraps but Lost star Josh Holloway is said to be among the cast, playing a member of the Impossible Mission Force, the secret agent task force headed by Hollywood hunk Tom as hero Ethan Hunt.</p>
<p>The cast includes Jeremy Renner, Paula Patton, Vladimir Mashkov and Ving Rhames. The Girl With The Dragon Tattoo&#8217;s Michael Nyqvist is tipped to play the main villain.</p>
<p>JJ Abrams &#8211; who directed the first three Mission Impossible movies &#8211; is producing with Tom.</p>
