Zsa Zsa Gabor has been taken back to hospital because there is no blood flow in her left leg, her publicist said.
John Blanchette said doctors ordered the ailing 94-year-old actress to go to UCLA Medical Centre in Los Angeles because of the problem.
Most of Gabor’s right leg was amputated in January because of gangrene.
She was admitted to hospital last month with a high fever, fluid in her lungs and an infection.
Mr Blanchette said her condition had been improving, and she watched the Oscars ceremony on Sunday with her husband.
