Apple Teams up with PayPal – Enabling New Payment Method

Must read

Yesterday Apple added PayPal as a payment method for transactions made in the App Store, iTunes Store, and Apple Music.

First, the feature was tested in Canada and Mexico. However, it is live now in 11 countries including Spain, Italy, Israel, France, the U.K., Australia, Germany, and the U.S. To make purchases, users are required to change the account settings, choosing PayPal as a default payment method.

Furthermore, by enabling PayPal’s One Touch mobile feature, users may enjoy faster and easier checkouts since there is no need to sign in when making transactions. Following the partnership with Apple, PayPal’s shares gained 34 % in the past three months hitting the all-time high of $ 57.44 on Wednesday.
