Bobby Farrell, the Boney M singer, died of heart disease, Russian investigators say.
Farrell, 61, was found dead on December 30 in his hotel room in St Petersburg, where the group had gone for a performance.
Sergei Kaptionov, a spokesman for investigators, said the death was due to heart disease and was not a criminal matter.
Boney M had a string of hits in the 1970s including Daddy Cool and Rivers Of Babylon
