The camera woman, who was last month filmed kicking refugees in Hungary, is to launch legal action over the incident.
Petra László did apologise at the time, however she has now told a Russian Newspaper she will sue one of the refugees, claiming he has changed his story about the incident.
In a separate action Ms László is taking Facebook to court over claims the social media outlet has refused to remove abusive content aimed at her.
She says the incident has become an issue of honour for her family.
