STUFFED MUSHROOM ON BROCCOLI CHEESE CAKE

STUFFED MUSHROOM ON BROCCOLI CHEESE CAKE, cooking, food, winter, dinner

Ingredients for Broccoli Cheese Cake:

  • Butter 1 tsp
  • Garlic minced 2 cloves
  • Chili flakes 10 gm
  • Onion chopped ½ no
  • Broccoli 100 gm
  • Breadcrumbs 20 gm
  • Amul cheese 50 gm
  • Potatoes 1 no’s
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • Vegetable oil 1 tsp

INGREDIENT FOR STUFFED MUSHROOM:

  • Mushroom 50gm
  • Butter 1 tsp
  • Garlicminced 2 cloves
  • Onion chopped ½ no
  • Bell pepper 100 gm
  • BBQ sauce 20 gm
  • Amul cheese 50 gm

PROCEDURE

Broccoli cheese cake:

  1. Chop broccoli roughly
  2. Sauté the garlic, onions and chili flakesin butter
  3. Add chopped raw broccoli in it keep sprinkling water to broccoli till it turns soft once it is soft remove it in bowl
  4. Add mashed potato, cheese, bread crumb, salt and pepper to it and mix it well with broccoli mixture
  5. Make small ball and roll it into square cakes then roll them with dry bread crumb
  6. You can grill broccoli cake or bake it in oven at 250 degrees for 15 minutes

Stuffed Mushroom:

  1. Wash mushroom and remove its stem
  2. Roughly chop stem of mushroom and bell pepper
  3. In a pan heat some oil sauté onion and garlic till translucent then add chopped bell pepper
  4. Add chopped mushroom, salt and pepper, cook for a minute and transfer it in bowl
  5. Add grated cheese to mushroom mixture and mix it well
  6. Stuff this mixture in mushroom bulb and keep aside
  7. In a bowl take white sauce and mix it with BBQ sauce add some salt and pepper
  8. Then apply this sauce to mushroom, seal mushroom opening with little cheese and bake it in oven at 250 degrees for 15 minutes

Arranging:

  • Now arrange mushroom on broccoli cheese cake and attach it with tooth pick
  • Serve it with ketchup

PAN SEARED BASA WITH SPAGHETTI AGLIO E OLIOcooking, food, winter, dinner

Ingredients:

  • Basa ½ Kilo
  • Lemon ½
  • Salt To Taste
  • Garlic 1 Teaspoon
  • Chili flakes 1 Teaspoon
  • Oil 2Teaspoons
  • Oregano 1 Teaspoon
  • Pepper crushed To Taste

Sauce:

  • Butter 2tbsp
  • Garlic 2 tsp
  • Lemon ½
  • Salt to taste
  • Cooking cream 11/2tsp

Spaghetti Aglio E Olio:

  • Extra-virgin olive oil 1/4tbsp
  • Spaghetti 50 gm
  • Garlic sliced 3 cloves
  • Chili flakes 1 pinch
  • Chopped parsley 2 tsp

PROCEDURE

  1. Cut fish in fillet
  2. Marinate fish with lemon, salt, chili flakes, oregano and garlic for an hour
  3. Grease hot plate with oil and sear fillet of fish on one side (to know that fish is cooked look at side of fillet color changes as it cooks from bottom to top) then flip fish fillet carefully on other side and cook it

For Sauce:

  1. Take butter in pan sauté some garlic
  2. Take your pan away from gas and add lemon juice to it
  3. Sauté it again and add cream and salt
  4. Once creamy remove it and pour on fish fillet

For Spaghetti aglio e Olio:

  1. Cook spaghetti in the boiling water with salt and oil
  2. Heat the olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the garlic and sauté it add the chili flakes. When the outside edges of the garlic are just starting to brown, add little water and a pinch of salt
  3. Keep till garlic raw flavor is off
  4. After 8-10 minutes drain pasta and add it too pan and toss it to mix it with oil, add chopped parsley and remove
