Depp: Angelina is great mother

Johnny Depp has revealed working with Angelina Jolie on his latest film taught him to think of her in a different way – as a brilliant mum.

The Pirates of the Caribbean actor said his co-star in The Tourist is “a shockingly great mother” who manages to keep calm despite all the media attention.

And he joked he’d “probably be in prison” if he had to deal with as many kids as the mum-of-six.

The star, who has two children with the French actress and singer Vanessa Paradis, said he didn’t know how Angelina and her husband Brad Pitt handle parenthood while juggling the distractions of being famous.

He was speaking at a Tokyo news conference to promote The Tourist, a romantic thriller set in Venice.
