Malcolm in the Middle star Frankie Muniz has had a gun removed from his home by police after a domestic dispute with his girlfriend.
Officers in Arizona said Elycia Turnbow claimed the actor pulled out a gun and held it against his head in Phoenix last Friday night after the two were arguing about past relationships.
She told police she was worried that 25-year-old Frankie might be suicidal, so she called one of his friends to take him to a hospital.
He told police that the gun was not loaded. But officers took the weapon from a downstairs cupboard of Frankie’s home and it was loaded.
Frankie’s publicist said the actor was not arrested, was not suicidal and his girlfriend was not assaulted.
