Selena Gomez’s spokesperson has denied that she has been punched by a jealous Justin Bieber fan.
Rumours began after photos of the Disney star, who has been the subject of online threats because of her relationship with the teen pop star, showed her with what appeared to be a fat lip.
But a representative for the 18-year-old told People that there was “absolutely no truth” to the rumours.
The couple recently stepped out at the Oscars parties as a fully-fledged couple and were spotted snuggling together at Vanity Fair’s exclusive aftershow bash.
Asked previously about his relationship, Justin, 17, said: “I don’t think it’s anyone’s business what my private life is. Sometimes you have to keep some stuff to yourself.”
