TV Documentary, ‘Miracle Meat’ aired on Channel 4 on Monday night causing outrage across media, viewers and social media.
The show titled ‘Miracle Meat” had Greg Wallace, Master Chef winner and TV Presenter investigating a very controversial new human lab grown meat product from makers that claim it could provide a solution to the cost-of-living crisis.
He began the programme with following:
“The cost-of-living crisis is hitting Britain hard with food prices rising at the fastest rate in 40 years.
“But now a new line of affordable protein is hitting our shelves… this is engineered human meat.
“That’s right, a protein made from human cells that promises to be cheaper and tastier than any of its competitors.”
This programme got many Channel 4 viewers turned off with hundreds saying they will be making their complaints to ofcom.
The outrage was so bad that it has been trending on social media since airing on Monday night with many saying that Greg Wallace ‘ends career’ after eating ‘human meat’.
