Scarlett Johansson’s rep has denied the actress is dating Sean Penn.
US Weekly reported the two new singletons might be dating after they were spotted dining together at Los Angeles hot spot Chateau Marmot.
But Scarlett’s rep told E! that this was not true, saying: “Scarlett and Sean are not dating – they have been friends for years.”
He went on: “Nothing more, nothing less. They have been talking over the last few months regarding Haiti Relief and Scarlett’s upcoming trip to Haiti as Oxfam’s Global Ambassador.”
Scarlett, 26, recently announced her split from husband Ryan Reynolds, while Sean, 50, is newly divorced from Robin Wright.
