Naomi Watts was maid of honour at her film publicist friend Emma Cooper’s wedding in Australia this week.
The 21 Grams star wore a white lace dress to the ceremony at Sydney’s Shore Chapel at which her partner, Scream star Liev Schreiber gave a reading of Henry Lawson’s After All, The Australian Daily Telegraph reports.
After the reading, Liev left the pulpit and spent the rest of the ceremony entertaining his and Naomi’s sons, Sasha, three, and two-year-old Samuel.
Emma, who was marrying Australian television writer Henry Cripps, has been a film publicist for 20 years and has befriended a lot of stars during her career, several of whom flew in from Los Angeles especially for the wedding on Wednesday.
The Mentalist star Simon Baker was there with his wife Rebecca Rigg, as well as Without A Trace star Anthony La Paglia and his wife Gia Carides and Australian film director Gregor Jordan.
Naomi’s brother Ben Watts was the official wedding photographer.
Naomi is godmother to Emma and Henry’s son Casper and she and Liev are neighbours of the newlyweds in New York.
