An ex-fiancee of Charlie Sheen is suing the actor claiming he did not disclose he was HIV positive until after they had sex several times.
The lawsuit, filed in Los Angeles Superior Court by Scottine Ross, states she and Sheen, 50, had sex five times before she learned he was HIV positive.
The Two And A Half Men star disclosed he was HIV positive on the Today show last month.
Ross, a porn star who performed under the name Brett Rossi, first met Sheen in November 2013 and agreed to have sex with the actor. They got engaged in 2014.
Sheen’s lawyer Marty Singer said the actor would contest the suit vigorously and had numerous witnesses who will dispute Ross’ claims.
