Hillary Clinton has received surprise support from her chief rival during a TV debate between candidates hoping to win the Democratic Party’s nomination for US President.
American politician Bernie Sanders came to her aid during the CNN debate as they discussed her use of a private email server while she was Secretary of State.
Mrs Clinton said her decision not to use a government email address was a mistake.
The pair did clash over capitalism, gun control and US policy on Syria but agreed on one thing: “The American people are sick and tired of hearing about your damn emails,” Mr Sanders said.”
