<p>Usher has had to delay the opening night of his European tour in Berlin because of illness.</p>
<p>The US R&#038;B star apologised to his fans in a press release announcing the decision to push back the kick-off of his European stint by a day.</p>
<p>The singer says he didn&#8217;t &#8220;feel that I could put on the show that my fans deserve&#8221;.</p>
<p>He is now due to play Berlin&#8217;s O2 World arena tonight (January 13).</p>
<p>Berlin is the first stop on the Texas-born singer&#8217;s European tour that follows the release of his sixth album Raymond v Raymond.</p>
