Assassin’s Creed trailer may debut with Batman v Superman

Must read

The viral marketing for Assassin’s Creed appears to have gotten underway and may indicate that its trailer will be attached to Batman v Superman.

A new website has gone live for Abstergo, the corporation at the heart of the series’ storylines. While the site doesn’t give much away, the social accounts have been a little more intriguing. The film’s Twitter account posted an image of the business card for Abstergo’s CEO, Alan Rikkin.

Calling this number goes to voicemail. “Hello, you’ve reached the voicemail of Alan Rikkin. I’ll be out of the office on business until March 25 with limited availability” is the message you receive.

Interestingly, it’s the voice of Jeremy Irons who is in both Assassin’s Creed and Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice. This could hint that the Assassin’s Creed trailer will air ahead of Batman v Superman.

Assassin’s Creed will be released in cinemas on December 21st, 2016. It’s shaping up to be an intriguing prospect with names like Jeremy Irons, Michael Fassbender, Marion Cotillard, Brendan Gleeson, and Michael K. Williams involved.
