The leader of Labour in Britain has said airstrikes against Islamic State in Syria will increase the chances of terror attacks in the UK in the short-term.
Jeremy Corbyn has been setting out his case for opposing extending RAF action into the country.
Prime Minister David Cameron has said MPs have to decide whether to strike at IS or “sit back” and wait for an attack in Britain.
But Mr Corbyn says intervention makes that more likely: “The Prime Minister has avoided spelling out to the British People the warnings he has surely been given.
“The likely impact of UK airstrikes on the threat of terrorist attacks in the UK.”
