DRIVE ME CRAZY

INGREDIENTSChristmas Cocktail

  1. 1 Fresh Passion Fruit
  2. 20ML Vanilla Syrup
  3. 10ML Lime Juice
  4. 30ML Rum
  5. 60ML Freixenet Cava Cordon Negro Brut

METHOD:

Shake all the ingredients,  except the Freixenet, in 10 seconds. Serve the cocktail in a martini glass. Add Freixenet Cordon Negro Brut and gently stir to get a perfect mixture. Garnish the cocktail.

MUSK MELON COOLER

INGREDIENTS

  1. 60ML Elit™ By Stolichnaya®
  2. 4 Chunks of Musk Melon
  3. 30ML Simple Syrup
  4. 10ML Fresh Lime Juice

METHOD

Muddle the musk melon in the bottom of a shaker. Add the remaining ingredients and shake well, then strain into a chilled martini glass. Garnish with a lime wheel.

INGREDIENTS

  1. 45ML Patrón Silver
  2. 45ML Freshly Squeezed Pink Grapefruit Juice
  3. 1in Whole Chilli
  4. 15ML Simple Syrup
  5. 10ML Lime Juice
  6. 5ML Agave Syrup
  7. 1 Whole Chilli for Garnish

METHOD

Lightly crush chilli in a Boston. Shake with a spoon, add the rest of the ingredients. Shake with ice and pour over ice in a highball glass. Garnish with a whole chilli.

INGREDIENTS

  1. 45ML Camus VSOP Elegance Cognac
  2. 30ML Grapefruit Juice
  3. 10ML Fresh Lime Juice
  4. 5ML Sugar Syrup
  5. Fresh Raspberries

METHOD

  • Put 6-8 fresh raspberries or 30ML raspberry puree in a caipirinha glass, and then add the grapefruit juice, fresh lime juice and finally the sugar syrup.
  • Muddle all the ingredients, fill the glass with crushed ice and pour the cognac over it.
  • Mix with a spoon or swizzle stick and top up with crushed ice. Serve with straws.

INGREDIENTS

  1. 90ML Amarula
  2. 150ML Vanilla Ice-cream
  3. 25ML Thick Cream

METHOD

Combine all the ingredients in a blender/shaker. Blend well. Pour into a glass. Garnish with chocolate powder or spun chocolate.

INGREDIENTS

  1. 30ML Campari
  2. 2 Slices Orange
  3. 1 tsp Brown Sugar
  4. 90ML Light Orange Juice
  5. Some Crushed Ice

METHOD

Prepare the drink in a tall glass. Place orange and brown sugar in the glass and crush to a pulp. Add crushed ice. Add the Campari and orange juice, and gently stir. Garnish with a red cherry.
