American rapper Mos Def has cancelled a London show hours before he was due to go on stage because of “passport issues”.
The musician, also known by the stage name Yasiin Bey, was due to play at the O2 Forum in Kentish Town on Saturday night but the venue announced the concert had been postponed until next year.

Earlier this year, the rapper was arrested in South Africa after being accused of travelling with a fraudulent passport.
He allegedly told officials he was carrying a “world passport”.
